POSITION
Summary: The Clinical Manager is responsible for direct supervision of the activities of nursing and ancillary personnel utilizing both professional and supervisory discretion. Provides for care of patients on the unit through appropriate delegation and supervision of staff assignments based on competencies/skills and scope of practice. Assists the Director to ensure operational efficiency including but not limited to, fiscal, information systems, performance improvement, human resources and regulatory management. Responsible for maintaining and improving the standards of care, utilizing the Professional Practice Model. Serves as a role model and mentor for others. Using leadership skills and the nursing process, the Manager strives to meet the needs of the patient/significant other in a safe/caring, professional manner; will provide for the well being of patients through patient advocacy, education and effective/collegial communication with physicians, other departments, and staff. MINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN is preferred. MINIMUM FIELD-OF-EXPERTISE: Extensive experience in specialty area. Possesses strong leadership skills demonstrating excellence in interpersonal skills to efficiently run a complex nursing unit, promote, and develop teambuilding; leadership ability, demonstrating excellence in interpersonal relationships. REQUIRED CERTIFICATION / REGISTRATION: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Hawaii, ACLS (biennially) for ICU, Telemetry, and ED. PALS & CPMR for EDEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
