Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsible forscheduling the staffefficientlyand ensuring payrollison trackandinlinewith sales.Ensuresthe salesfloorisadequatelycovered.
Trains,coaches and supervisesworkersin store policies,departmentprocedures,andjob duties.Evaluatesallstore employee performance.
Ordersmerchandise,supplies,and equipment.
Responsible forinventorycontroland lossprevention management.
Recordsdeliveryofmerchandiseandreports discrepanciesto controlcostsand maintain correctinventorylevels.
Preparessalesand inventoryreports.Ensuressalesand cash reporting accuracyand daily bankdeposits.
Consistentlyreviewsand analyzesfinancialand statisticalreports.Make adjustmentto operationsto ensure sales,payroll,production,expenses,andnetsalesgoalsare met.
Attendsandactivelyparticipatesinsalesmanagementmeetingsandotherorganizational meetingsasrequired.Holdsregular,timelystaffmeetingsto reviewsalesmanagement materialsand discusscurrentstore operations.
Responsible forcarrying outsupervisoryresponsibilitiesin accordance with the organization?spoliciesand applicablelaws.
Assistive responsibilitiesinclude interviewing,makesrecommendationsfor hire,training employees,educating staffon salesgoals,maintaining compliance with Company policies.
Qualifications:
Associate'sdegree (A.A.)orequivalentfromtwo-yearcollege ortechnicalschool; orsixmonths to one yearrelated experience and/ortraining;orequivalentcombination ofeducation and experience.
Be orbecome CPR/FirstAid certified.Valid Hawaiidriver?slicense andclean trafficabstract. Accessto an insuredvehicle with currentregistration and auto insurance.
Abilityto read,analyze and interpretcommon scientificand technicaljournals,financialreports and legaldocuments.
Abilityto respondto common inquiriesorcomplaintsfromcustomers, regulatoryagencies,ormembersofthe businesscommunity.
Schedule: Hours between 7:30am? 7:30pm,Monday-Friday,including holidays,to meetthe needsof the daily store operations. Evening and weekend hours may be required. Open to possible travel.
