Our private path opens up to the best part of Kailua Beach, not far from Kailua Beach Park, a morning stroll to Kalapawai Market for a fresh cup of coffee or to Buzz's for a delicious dinner. Our Tree Top Studio is fully furnished and includes taxes, utilities, cable TV/music, high-speed wireless internet and monthly cleaning. Enter to your corner of paradise up the staircase to your private lanai entrance, that provides 500 square feet of interior and 125 square feet of covered Hawaiian outdoor living space in a private and peaceful setting. Enjoy the spacious feeling of vaulted ceilings, and the views and trade winds from your Tree Top haven. The studio comes completely furnished and is beautifully decorated. The king-size bed will lull you to sleep with the sound of the ocean waves and trade breezes rustling the palms. Your kitchen has a full size refrigerator, plenty of cabinet space, a countertop oven, induction stove top, microwave, coffee pot, as well as cookware, utensils and dishes. Your bathroom has a large walk in shower. You have a table inside and outside for your dining pleasure. Open your windows to enjoy the trade breezes or you have a ceiling fan and split air conditioning for your comfort. A desk and chair is provided. Private access to shared laundry facilities is included through the side garage door. Off street parking is available for 1 car. No pets are allowed and no smoking on the premises.
